Grabon is an investment and growth firm founded by two entrepreneurs, Stefan Granqvist and Wictor Bonde.

Together they founded Interim Search in 2012 which today is Sweden’s largest consultancy firm specialised in Interim Management. The company has been profitable since the beginning and Stefan and Wictor has been honored with several prestigious awards for the company’s growth and their entrepreneurship. Among a few they have been named Superföretag by Veckans affärer, Gasellföretag by Dagens industri and were on the list of Financial Times 1000 fastest growing business in Europe in 2020. Stefan and Wictor were also finalists when Ernst & Young honored Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019 and in 2023 Founders Alliance named the duo Founder of the Year.

Stefan and Wictor are also the founders of consultancy company &Company (established in 2019) and investors in businesses in the consultancy industry, as well as real estate and HR tech.

Grabon is an active investment and consultancy firm, operating in Sweden. With an entrepreneurial background we act as partners when building and investing in companies with high growth potential.
