Grabon is an investment and growth firm founded by Stefan Granqvist and Wictor Bonde, two accomplished entrepreneurs with many years of experience within the recruitment and staffing industry.
In 2012, they founded Interim Search, which today stands as Sweden’s leading consultancy firm specialised in Interim Management. The company has been highly profitable since day one, earning Stefan and Wictor several prestigious awards for their entrepreneurship and sustainable growth. Among others, they have been named Superföretag by Veckans Affärer, Gasellföretag by Dagens Industri, and were featured on the Financial Times 1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses. They were also finalists for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and were named Founder of the Year by the Founders Alliance.
In addition to Interim Search, Stefan and Wictor are the founders of the consultancy company &Company. Through Grabon, they act as active partners and investors, focusing their investments on people and ideas they truly believe in. Based in Sweden, Grabon leverages this deep entrepreneurial background to help passionate founders and high-potential ideas scale into successful businesses.
Stefan and Wictor are also the founders of consultancy company &Company (established in 2019) and investors in businesses in the consultancy industry, as well as real estate and HR tech.
